Kathy is a compassionate counsellor and the heart behind Blackwood Wellbeing Centre. In the rush of modern life, it’s easy to forget the moments that truly matter. If you’re feeling lost or alone, Kathy provides a judgment-free zone where you can express yourself. As a certified Mental Health Counsellor, she offers professional and flexible counselling services, addressing various challenges from anxiety to relationship issues.
Alison Roberts
Al provides life coaching to those looking to get a step-up in life and developed her on six week programme that will help individuals succeed in a goal by the end.
Al really focuses on the individual and therefore her client list is relatively small to dedicate her full attention.
Rae Arundel
With over twelve years of experience, Rae is a Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. She is considered an expert in her field working particularly with those who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions etc working in a personal and professional capacity.
Anna Hill
With a great passion for Reflexology, Anna followed her dreams of assiting others with their own wellbeing. Taking an individualistic approach to each session, Anna is also expaning her approach to holistic wellbeing currently studying Swedish massage and will continue to learn new methods of increasing wellbeing.
Carly Morgan
Carly is a BACP Registered psychotherpaist, and an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant. Having worked within NHS primary and secondary mental health services, Carly specialises in Eye movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing which is best known for treating trauma but has since been shown to have positive effects on other conditions.
Michelle Chater
Michelle provides 1-hour bespoke sessions of Reiki & Relaxation in a quiet, safe space.
Michelle’s expertise combines the ancient principles of Reiki with contemporary relaxation methods, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet your specific needs
Mary Watkins
Mary is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and her natural empathetic nature has helped her in her profession. Working with a number of agencies and individuals, Mary has perfected her craft over the years and can help you with whatever it may be that you are currently experiencing.
Lisa Lee
Lisa is dedicated to collaborating with individuals, guiding them to delve into their emotions and challenges, fostering a sense of autonomy, self-awareness, and empowerment. Using the human-existential method, Lisa uses a client centred approach respecting you as the expert in your life where you feel valued and heard.
Mo Wildridge
Mo is trained and specialises in holistic massage that can relax and ease stress during the business of everyday life. Providing an individuallistic approch, Mo considers the entire person, addressing not only physical ailments but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being.
Mo’s massage style is intuitive engaging in a conversation about your overall health and expectations before collaboratively creating a unique massage plan for each visit.
Sarah Radev
Sarah specialises in neurodiverse individuals assisting those with autism or ADHD to get the help the require and making day-to-day tasks easier. Based in South Wales, Sarah can provide face-to-face appointments within Blackwood Wellbeing Centre, but is also able to offer online sessions nationwide.
